A DELI WITH A DIFFERENCE

Sarit and Itamar had a runaway success on their hands and needed to re-evaluate the space to maximise both retail and lunch sales.  We created a dedicated retail area and also explored the counter layout to improve the efficiency of take away lunches.  Opening up the floor plan creates better flow and circulation which has resulted in increased sales.
