A NEW RESTAURANT CONCEPT IN AN HISTORICAL BACKDROP

Tom Sellers contacted us to create his first venture, Restaurant Story.  Tom had a very strong narrative from the start that chronicled his own story with food.  To bring his concept to life we drew on the abundant history in the area to create a strong but simple restaurant interior.  Every element of the scheme tells it's own story - such as the bespoke glass bar vessels that reference the glassblowers of Bermondsey.  Opening to critical acclaim, Tom earned his first Michelin star within months.
