FINE DINING WITH A CASUAL TWIST

Trinity has long been a favourite of Clapham locals and Adam approached us to give it a refresh whilst creating a brand new concept for sister restaurant, Trinity Upstairs.  We opened up the shopfront to make the most of summer dining and worked in tandem with Adam's team to ensure all service elements were carefully planned out.  Upstairs provides a more casual dining environment with pared back, simple materials. A bespoke glass fronted charcuterie and wine store celebrate the skill and ingredients that make up the menu.  Specially commissioned art by Kristjana Williams ties the two spaces together.  Adam and the team received a well deserved Michelin star a few months after the refurbishment.
